My client a well known company in Dublin 2 currently have an urgent requirement for a Payroll Specialist.
Hybrid working- 3 days in office and 2 from home.
Duties will include: Timely preparation and accurate processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for active employees across multiple locations Process payroll related bank payments in a timely manner to ensure all employees are paid on time Process third party payments from payroll adhering to deadlines Generate nominal ledgers and provide Finance with all required bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports Prepare and submit required tax and statutory filings and returns by due dates Liaise with Revenue/HMRC and Department of Social Protection Ensure accurate and confidential payroll files are maintained Respond to auditor queries and participate in audits, both internal and external auditors Liaise with payroll software providers to implement updatesand changes to payroll system.
