About Our Accommodation Team
We are seeking reliable and skilled individuals to join our accommodation team in a busy hotel setting. As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
* Replenish stocks of bathroom and bedroom items as required.
* Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, ensuring that guests receive a warm and friendly welcome.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
