Vacancy: Customer Support Agent Location: DCU Alpha, DCU Campus, Old Finglas Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11 (beside Met Office). You will be responsible for the efficient and effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, accurately capturing information while promoting services. As part of the customer support team you will provide a professional, pro-active and adaptable service to both internal and external customers (business customers, engineering team, management and other departments. Role requires hard-working candidate with outstanding customer service skills. This is a very fast paced role, requiring upbeat and enthusiastic individuals with a real drive to succeed. Role is a mix of customer support and general administration tasks. You'll make a difference by: Proven experience in lively B2B operations, preferably within construction industry, property management sector, customer service and sales support business areas. Call handling (customers, engineers or internal partners). Responding to requests and taking care of sophisticated issues.
