Master Data Administrator
in

on a full-time permanent basis reporting to the Master Data Analyst

Job Summary
Working with an experienced Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for the entry and maintenance of product related data on the M3/Infor ERP system throughout our global network.
You will review and validate data and understand the implications of the data in terms of product specifications, weights, dimensions, carton quantities and barcoding, to ensure a goods are stored and handled efficiently in our global warehouse network.
You will allocate HS Classification codes in collaboration with the Customs team to ensure duty compliance.
You will work with M3/Infor ERP system, Databases and Excel Reports and validate the underlying data to ensure accuracy of KPIs using this data.
Key Responsibilities
Understand Portwest's style code logic
Creation of style codes and all style attributes in MRP system
Maintain the quality of data in our MRP System
Link styles to the website
Set up and maintain pricing agreements in MRP system
Turn styles on/off for forecasting in system
Creation of barcodes as required
Link in with Customs team to ensure HS Codes are correct
Validation of databases and associated reports
Respond to cross department queries regarding data
Requirements
Good understanding of supply chain and logistics (master) data processing principles
Strong Microsoft office skills in Word & Excel
Experience working with ERP systems
Data governance and data quality management (master data must be always correct)
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Excellent attention to detail
Systematic and organised approach to work
Curious, analytical and a problem solver
Able to challenge data and processes
Ability to relate product attributes to Warehouse storage and handling.
Good understanding of M3/Infor and database systems
A good communicator
