Specific Purpose Whole Time Post (anticipated duration to June 2028) UCC Library is looking for an enthusiastic Research Data Coordinator to join our ambitious Research Services team. This role is central to delivering specialist services and resources that support researchers across the University, with a particular focus on systematic reviews, user engagement, and consultation services. The post holder will contribute to the development of impactful experiences and training that enhance research and scholarship skills in today's digital landscape, in line with the Library's Vision & Plan 2024-2028. The Research Data Coordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering services within the Library Research Services team, working closely with colleagues across Academic Services and the wider UCC research community. The role includes providing expert guidance on search strategies, as well as leading the Library's systematic review and consultation services. The post holder will also contribute to strategic service development of the Research Services Team. How will you contribute to our Team? You will: Demonstrate experience in supporting researchers throughout the research lifecycle, from proposal to dissemination, with tailored advice and services. Show excellent service delivery skills, providing consultations and training on systematic searching. Appointment may be made on the Admin V Salary Scale: €51,307 - €62,926 (Scale B) / €49,070 - €59,893 (Scale A). Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
