It requires a person to be compassionate, experience and results driven. The Behavioural Team Manager will lead and support a team of Behavioural Therapists and staff within our 5 early intervention settings that is dedicated to supporting autistic children. You will play a key leadership role in developing and implementing intervention plans, programmes, IEP's and fostering team collaboration that will ensure high standards of care and education to children within the services.
