Description
Due to continued expansion, we now require a Site Manager for a full-time role based in Limerick. The role of the Site Manager is to ensure efficient management of a building site, to provide a safe working environment, and adhere to workplace Health and Safety requirements, while maximising productivity. Delivery of high quality projects, snag free on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
* Responsible to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed
* Front-line management of all industrial relations matters
* Ensuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achieved
* Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals)
* Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing construction sites.
* RC frame & Fittouts experience required.
