The work of the practice is varied and spans across residential, educational, workplace, hospitality, and commercial office. We a highly organised practice with a dedicated Technical Director and BIM Manager and operate within ISO certified processes for all aspects of project design and execution, with BIM and digital data management under NSAI ISO19650 certification. We encourage staff to maximise their potential across all levels of the practice based on ability and ambition.Senior Project ArchitectAs a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed smoothly, safely, and in alignment with the original design vision. You will be instrumental in the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Minimum Skills Required for this role:Registered Architect with minimum 7+ years experience, strong residential or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.Strong Revit experience is preferred. The practice works solely on Revit and all projects are carried out in BIM - from inception to completion.Strong design, technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role.Experience with project running and knowledge of the wider Irish industry with in-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction materials and methodsKeen attention to detailing to ensure the accuracy and quality of design execution.Experience in managing design teams and coordinating with contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.Our BenefitsExcellent Pension Scheme.Paid Maternity Benefits.Hybrid Working.Access to VHI Insurance and Dental Scheme.Professional Subscriptions.
