Role: Accounts Technician/Assistant Accountant Location: Coleraine Hours: Full Time, 9am 5pm Monday Friday Pay: 30k-35k Role Overview: Have you got strong experience in accounting? This will include scoping out new systems for management accountant will work closely with the financial controller to help streamline and implement new finance processes a variety of accounting functions and assisting with the integration of these into the finance function.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all supplier invoices and payments efficiently.
Oversee all sales invoicing, credit control, and maintain accurate pricing information.
Process all banking transactions accurately and perform regular reconciliations.
Assist with weekly payroll duties and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations.
Conduct internal financial analysis and provide reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Handle quarterly VAT returns, EC sales, customs declarations for imported goods, and annual business surveys.
Essential Criteria: IATI Level 4/ fully qualified or equivalent At least two years of relevant industry experience Proficiency in Sage Line 50, Sage One, Sage Payroll, Microsoft Excel, and other MS Office applications Strong IT skills and ability to adapt in a growing company.
