The Role
You'll be involved in:
• Commercial property acquisitions and investment sales
• Development deals and planning-related matters
• Leasing transactions and portfolio management for major clients
• Real estate finance projects and lending transactions
• Supporting corporate deals involving property assets
• High-profile, multi-jurisdictional transactions with international clients
The Person
• 2–4 years' PQE in a large or medium-sized law firm
• Solid experience across commercial property or real estate finance
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• A commercial mindset and excellent organisational ability
