* We are seeking support workers for full-time permanent positions in Grangebeg, Kildare.
* The successful candidates will work across 12 residential communities and four-day services nationwide.
Suitable candidates should have:
* A minimum of a level seven qualification on the QQI framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in health or social care.
* One year's experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Strong working knowledge of legislation protecting vulnerable adults.
* A valid manual driver's license and access to a car for this post.
* Ability to evaluate and contribute to ongoing plans and methods for individuals' needs.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
