The Company
Our client is a leading Property Developer who have been operating in Ireland for over 30 years.
They are experts in the delivery of commercial, industrial and residential projects throughout the Leinster region.
They are hiring a Senior Engineer to join their existing site team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a site to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Key Skills Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
