Legal Secretaries are required to provide administrative support in commercial property and banking departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality secretarial services, including preparing and filing legal documents, managing electronic document storage, and maintaining practice management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and arranging registration of land registry or registry of deeds documents
* Filing, invoicing, and general administration support
* Preparing closing documentation, including family home and section 72 declarations
* Preparation of bibles of security/title documents
* Data room management (HighQ)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a legal secretary, preferably in commercial property and banking. They will possess excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
