IT Technician Support Specialist

What You'll Do:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot problems through email, chat, or remote tools
Install, configure, and maintain devices, applications, and systems

Support system updates, security practices, and routine maintenance
Identify areas to enhance efficiency and user experience
What You Bring:
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common IT tools
Understanding of network basics and system administration
Clear communication and a user-first mindset
Experience in IT support or help desk environments is a plus
Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are an advantage
