Job Title: Executive Culinary Leader

Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement effective kitchen strategies, ensuring high-quality food products and exceptional customer service.
* Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service and in prep, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes across all areas, adhering to established standards and regulations.
* Help manage stock levels, ordering, and food cost control, making informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.
* Assist in creating new menu items and daily specials, leveraging creative approaches to menu development and presentation.
* Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
* Develop and maintain a collaborative, respectful, and efficient kitchen culture, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
* A proven track record as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a high-quality kitchen, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* A creative approach to menu development and food presentation, showcasing innovative ideas and flair.
