Microsoft Purview Subject Matter Expert

Dublin/Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week

6 Month Contract
Alldus is searching for an experienced Microsoft Purview Subject Matter Expert to support one of our customers on an initial 6-month daily rate contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This role will play a key part in driving enterprise-wide data security, governance, and compliance initiatives across the Microsoft security ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Purview solutions.
Support data governance, data classification and information protection strategies.
Configure and manage Purview capabilities including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection & Sensitivity Labels, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle Management and Compliance Manager.
Work closely with security, compliance, infrastructure and business stakeholders.
Provide SME guidance on Microsoft security and compliance best practices.
Assist with regulatory and governance requirements across the organisation.
Skillset
Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Purview in enterprise environments.
Proven background across Data Security, Data Governance and Compliance & Information Protection.
Experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 security and compliance technologies.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
Ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Experience working in complex regulated environments is highly desirable.
Required Certifications
SC401 - Administering Information Security in Microsoft 365.
SC400 - Information Protection Administrator (legacy equivalent).
SC900 - Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
AZ500 - Microsoft Azure Security Technologies.
