Due to continued investment and operational growth, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. This Maintenance Technician position offers the opportunity to work Monday–Friday on dayshift only, supporting cutting-edge equipment within a highly efficient production environment.

The Role:
* Provide planned and reactive maintenance support across highly automated production equipment
* Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and implement improvements to reduce downtime
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects within the facility
* Perform routine inspections, machine condition checks, and optimise equipment performance
* Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and safe working practices
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and support adherence to site standards and compliance
The Person:
* Holds a relevant engineering qualification
* Proven experience in a maintenance role within a production or manufacturing setting
* Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
* Comfortable working independently while contributing effectively to a wider engineering team
