EPS Group has an immediate vacancy for a part time Receptionist based from our Mallow head office. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet clients at reception Manage a busy switchboard General management of reception in all aspects Liaise with and provide administrative support to the accounts department and other departments as necessary Ensure the smooth running of the office e.g. organising couriers, domestic maintenance, archiving and any other duties as required Meeting room bookings and set-up including catering arrangements Organising incoming and outgoing post Key Competencies and Skills: Deal with a high volume of phone calls in a professional manner Be punctual and reliable Possess a strong telephone manner at all times Demonstrate a professional approach to people without exception from employees to visitors, customers, clients, subcontractors Be pleasant and have a proficient and skilled approach to both tasks and people Display a flexible and efficient approach to all duties involved Carry out any other duties that may be assigned to you by the company from time to time. Qualifications: 2-3years experience in a similar Receptionist/Administration role Hold a relevant secretarial/administration qualification and have achieved an excellent level of proficiency in same is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, including e-mail, word, excel is essential.
