* Act as the lead contact for statutory and internal audits.
* Oversee VAT preparation, reconciliations, and group reporting obligations.
* Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and forecasts.
* Lead cashflow forecasting, budget, and long-term planning cycles.
* Drive continuous improvements following ERP implementation.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
* Partner with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
About You
We are seeking a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys building relationships and driving business performance.
* Essential Requirements:
o Chartered accountant with several years post-qualification experience.
o Strong technical accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of Irish tax and compliance.
o Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
