Senior Leadership Position
Job Description:

The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the group's strategic projects, driving operational performance, and embedding best-in-class project management practices.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, planning, and delivery of multi-site capital and development projects.
* Develop robust business cases and proposals, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals.
* Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk to deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Coordinate and engage with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
* Provide clear reporting and visibility of project performance to the Board and senior leadership team.
* Drive improvements in project management processes and mentor managers across the group.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process, or related discipline) with a recognized Project Management qualification.
* Minimum 10 years' professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior project management role within food, agriculture, engineering, or construction.
* Proven record of delivering complex, multi-site projects on time and within budget.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate at Board and CEO level.
* Skilled in project management software and confident in KPI reporting and analysis.
