The post holder will facilitate the support, retention and progression of under-represented students through the delivery of a quality, person-centred, occupation-focused Occupational Therapy approach. This role focuses on delivering agreed service priorities while providing specialist professional expertise within established governance, reporting, and supervisory frameworks. The position does not hold strategic, budgetary, or line management responsibility.
