Flowtech Engineering are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and experience administrator to join their team. Flowtech Engineering is a privately owned company that is able to assist with all HVAC requirements. Our company is constantly growing and now feel the time is right to recruit somebody new to join our office team. The successful candidate will start off as a part time employee with the opportunity of becoming full time a full time role in the near future.
The key responsibility of this roll will include but not be limited to the following:
* General admin duties - answering the phone, job creation.
* Attending to client queries – liaising with project managers.
* Allocating time sheets for Pay Roll
* Job Scheduling
* Flight, accommodation bookings for all company personnel and liaise with client site admins on site inductions and compliance.
* Updating project folders with relevant project details including all flight/Housing associated files for each project.
* Update log and renewals of company equipment such as Laptops/Fuel cards/Toll Tags and uniforms etc
* Compliance Documentation for overseas projects
Essential Experience & Criteria
* Must be a hard worker & enjoy working in a team environment
* Good knowledge in general administration duties.
* Previous experience in the administration and scheduling of new projects i.e. construction industry
* Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook as well as fast and accurate data entry
* Ability to multi task and priorities workloads to strict deadlines
