Management Accountant
Dundalk
Armont Recruitment are working with a rapidly expanding organisation with a strong presence in the Irish and international market. Their finance hub is based in Dundalk, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a high-performing team at a time of significant growth.
This role will suit a qualified accountant with 3+ years’ experience in an industry environment, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to both financial control and business partnering.
The Role
* Posting of monthly journals across revenue, payroll, accruals, and prepayments.
* Support the production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts including variance analysis.
* Preparation and submission of quarterly tax and duty returns.
* Balance sheet reconciliations with supporting schedules.
* Oversee and maintain the fixed asset register.
* Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Treasury and other internal teams to ensure accuracy of reporting.
* Provide financial insight to support cost management and efficiency projects.
* Build effective cross-departmental relationships to enhance decision-making.
The Candidate
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
* 3+ years’ experience in an industry environment.
* Strong Excel and IT skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication skills with a solution-focused approach.

* Salary, €60,000 to €70,000 depending on experience
