The role
My client, a leading Health and Safety Consultancy, is looking to expand their Health and Safety team. You will be responsible for providing health and safety advice and documentation to clients, actively owning cases to resolution, and building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.ResponsibilitiesProvide call and email advice to clients across multiple industries.Attend internal training and legal updates to ensure advice is compliant.Research information required to provide detailed health and safety guidance and technical support to clients.Submit relevant reports or other associated documents in accordance with client demand and departmental protocols.Advise and instruct clients in the use of Health and Safety Management systems and other relevant technical documents and online services.Review client documentation and provide advice accordingly, taking their internal terms and conditions into account.Provide support to the sales team where a prospect may have a health & safety query.Own cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.Log all advice accurately onto the bespoke internal system, taking ownership and responsibility for ongoing cases.Liaise with external enforcement agencies on behalf of clients, when approved and requested by senior management.Be flexible and adaptable to ensure the client’s service is always of a high standard.Carry out other tasks that are deemed necessary by the management team.Assist the H&S Manager in the writing of guidance notes, standard phrases and checklists.Provide articles on key areas of health and safety for company publications.Participate in a training agreement to achieve health and safety qualifications, and attend training outside core hours where required.QualificationsStrong understanding of Irish health and safety legislation.IOSH or NEBOSH membership."Can‑do" attitude with the ability to drive, motivate and support yourself to achieve the best performance overall and for each individual.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.Excellent time management and the ability to achieve challenging deadlines.Dynamic and flexible approach, and ability to work under pressure.Benefits25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.Day off on your birthday.Perkbox discounts.Holidays increase after 2 and 5 years’ service.Profit share scheme.Company incentives and access to discount schemes.
