Job Summary
At WiiGroup, we are redefining project delivery through digital excellence, innovation, and strategic leadership. We’re seeking an Associate Director: BIM to lead the delivery of digital projects across multiple industries, champion innovation in information management, and actively contribute to business growth and transformation.
This role is ideal for an experienced BIM leader who can balance technical excellence with commercial awareness and people leadership. You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple BIM projects across sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, and commercial developments — while supporting WiiGroup’s strategic direction, business culture, and growth objectives.
Our Ideal Candidate
You are a forward‑thinking BIM industry leader with a strong understanding of digital delivery and a passion for continuous improvement. You lead by example — inspiring teams, mentoring emerging talent, and promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
You understand that technical delivery is only part of the role — you’ll also contribute to business strategy, new business development, and organisational improvement. You have a commercial mindset and the ability to translate emerging technologies and market trends into tangible opportunities for growth.
With a change management mindset, you embrace innovation and drive positive transformation both within the business and on client projects. You are passionate about advancing WiiGroup’s mission, values, and long‑term strategic goals while maintaining excellence in project delivery.
Experience Required
* 10–15 years of experience in BIM management, digital delivery, or engineering consultancy, ideally across data centre, pharmaceutical, and commercial sectors.
* Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary BIM teams and delivering multiple large‑scale projects concurrently.
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills — able to coach, develop, and inspire high‑performing teams.
* Demonstrated experience in business development, proposal writing, and nurturing client relationships to support company growth.
* Deep understanding of ISO 19650, model governance, and digital construction standards.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance, manage budgets, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
* Experience supporting change management and business transformation initiatives within a growing organisation.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at both executive and project delivery levels.
* Innovative mindset — proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance services, adopt emerging technologies, and introduce new delivery models.
* Demonstrated ability to align project execution with corporate goals, business values, and client expectations.
* A “can‑do” attitude, demonstrating accountability, adaptability, and a growth‑focused approach to leadership.
