Store Performance Leader
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple convenience stores, ensuring each location meets company standards and performance targets.
About the Role:
* Oversee store performance across a portfolio of busy locations, driving sales, profitability, and KPI results through effective leadership and coaching;
* Maintain operational standards by monitoring compliance with health & safety regulations, food safety protocols, HR policies,
* & all operational procedures within our retail environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and experience in managing multi-site teams. They must have excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between senior management and store staff.
