We are seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie to join our fine dining restaurant team. Working closely with our renowned Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.
The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is a skilled chef with prior experience as a Senior Cook in a busy hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen. They must possess excellent HACCP & Hygiene skills, be passionate about cooking innovative dishes to very high standards, and preferably have experience in fine dining establishments.
