Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Fitter, you will:
Install, maintain, and service a variety of plant and equipment including pumps, oil burners, dosing systems, and pipework.
Support the installation of new projects and equipment across customer sites.
Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Criteria
We're looking for someone with:
A mechanical background (e.g. mechanical fitter, maintenance fitter).
A recognised qualification or time-served apprenticeship (FÁS, City & Guilds, etc.).
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency with pumps, oil burners, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic welding.
A full, clean driving licence and the ability to work independently.
