Responsibilities
Manages a mix of hands-on end-to-endhiring activities.
Interactswith Hiring Managers to understand job requirementsand provide consultative support.
Sources,screensandinterviewsapplicants in line with requirements and ensures that the reference checking process is completed.
Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
Works with the hiring managers to develop strong selection processesthrough the use ofcreative and innovative techniques and tools.
Coordinates interviews with Hiring Managers / defined panels.
Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offer andfinalizesstart date with candidate.
Extends offers towards candidatesandcontinues interaction with candidate till the time the candidate joins the organization.
Leads and closes all formalities related to onboarding of the candidate.
Coordinates all formalities related to background checks and recruitment system updates.
Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guidelines and audit requirementsthat conform to the local labor code.
Responsible for managinghiringusingappropriate strategiesto ensure the best quality of hire and cost per hire.
Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Work with recruitment agenciesas per need.
May develop,supportandmaintainemployment advertising campaigns, college recruiting,recruiting fromreferrals,affirmativeactionand career development programs.
Collaborate with the Employer Branding team on branding activities.
Supports team or other team members on specific project-based hiring requirements through developingappropriatestrategies.
Collaborates with internal transfers and promotions through requisitions.
Qualifications
BSc degree in Human Resources or Economics or any other relevant field
3-5years relevant experiencein recruitment
1-2 years relevant experience inIT/tech rolesis an advantage
Knowledge of best recruitment practicesin Ireland
Experience in hiring in other countries in EMEA is a desire
Recruitment experience in-houseat a multinational company isamust
Experience of working with senior managementteamsbeing able to objectively challenge
Fluency in English languageisa must
Knowledge in other European languages is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Experience with MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
Focus on customer service,high levelof data accuracy, and attention to details
Ability towork independently,multi-task, treat priorities with urgency, handle sensitive and confidential information
Ability to create,maintainand develop strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders
Business and commercial awareness in a cost focused environment
