Our large Finance client is currently hiring for a number of Client Service Associate positions.
You will be reporting into the Client Service Team Lead and you will be mainly responsible for handling and directing customer queries.
This is a permanent position, which is based in Dublin city centre on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities: Handling customer interactions in order to ensure the correct solutions are provided.
Managing customer complaints.
Explaining products and services to customers.
Requirements Experience in a customer service role.
Strong telephone and communication skills.
Our client is looking to pay around €32,000 per year, along with some benefits.
