Clinical Onboarding Nurse Location: Dun Laoghaire (Fully On-Site) Reports to: Medical Lead & Head of Operations About the Role We are seeking a Clinical Onboarding Nurse to join our team, playing a key role at the intersection of clinical care and patient experience.
You will be the first clinical point of contact for prospective members, guiding them from initial enquiry through onboarding and into ongoing care, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
This is a hybrid role combining clinical assessment, patient onboarding, and ongoing care coordination.
Key Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations and assess patient suitability Provide clear, evidence-based guidance on treatment options Support patients through onboarding, ensuring informed consent and readiness Act as a key point of contact throughout the patient journey Triage and respond to clinical queries, escalating when required Monitor patient progress and deliver structured follow-ups Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure continuity of care Contribute to improving patient pathways and overall experience Skills & Experience Essential: Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration Strong clinical judgement and patient-facing experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment Highly organised, proactive, and accountable Desirable: Experience in obesity or metabolic health Familiarity with GLP-1 medications Experience in patient onboarding or advisory roles Interest in progressing to Nurse Prescriber What Success Looks Like High patient satisfaction and trust Strong patient engagement and adherence to care plans Efficient onboarding and high-quality patient selection Seamless, coordinated patient journey from first contact through ongoing care Please feel free to reach out to for further information.
