Director - Financial Services placing Finance, Risk and Compliance Professionals
Salary: €130,000 + full benefit package
About the Employer: A regulated insurance entity in Dublin with a growing office.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the risk management function and for maintaining and monitoring the effectiveness of their risk management system
Lead the production of annual ORSA and SFCR whilst working with the HOAF and HOF as well as Solvency II returns.
Establish effective processes and controls to a growing team.
Work closely with Group to create consistency of approach
Manage risk registers and controls across the organisation.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 years experience within Risk within an (Re)Insurance company is a necessity.
Ability to work standalone.
Either a qualified accountant, solicitor or Actuary.
May have previously held PCF-14, not a prerequisite.
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office.
