Job Title
We have a 12-week Fixed Term Contract-Summer Cover open position within the Operations team at AXA Partners CLP.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners and Operations teams in Europe and Latin America.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end processing of partner data, including manipulation and preparation of files, file reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
* Management of monthly workflow and priorities to ensure all SLAs are met.
* Work with local teams to ensure relevant data is received from clients within accepted timelines and highlight exceptions.
* Presentation of regular updates to key stakeholders and participation in reporting obligations when necessary.
* Formulation and delivery of resolutions to support issues and preventative steps to avoid recurrence.
* Adherence to and completion of regular team controls.
* Creation and maintenance of process documentation within best practice guidelines.
* Ensure quality feedback is actioned on a timely basis, minimizing customer impact.
* Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of improvements with the wider Operations team.
* Provide SME support for the implementation and onboarding of new deals.
* Collaboration with IT process owners to ensure delivery of new development and production support tasks and projects.
Requirements
* Solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to analyze complex data issues.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate).
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
* Ability to work well with others and independently.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities and to critical deadlines.
* Experience with life and non-life products, especially in Credit & Lifestyle protection (not essential).
* Strong attention to detail.
* Minimum Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) achieved.
