We are looking to recruit a Part Time Marketing Specialist for a client who is based in Baldoyle, North County Dublin. The role is mostly remote and is between 15 to 20 hours a week. Our client is a Global company who is looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to help amplify their brand in Ireland and drive impactful, results‑focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
 * Craft and launch strategic marketing campaigns that showcase products and solutions across relevant industry sectors.
 * Develop compelling content and collateral‑brochures in addition to clients global collateral, datasheets, presentations, and more to support branding and sales efforts.
 * Own and optimise website content for the Irish site, ensuring it is informative, up‑to‑date, and search engine friendly.
 * Drive and implement SEO strategies to boost online visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
 * Lead social media initiatives across multiple online channels to build awareness and strengthen customer engagement.
 * Manage email marketing activities, including product updates, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
 * Work closely with sales team to create targeted outreach that drives high‑quality leads and conversions.
 * Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to refine tactics and maximise ROI.
 * Liaise with external suppliers in support of marketing campaigns.
 * Create graphics, copy, and other marketing assets (using Canva or similar tools).
 * Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaigns.
 * Assist in organising marketing materials for events and client pitches.
 * Research, engage and coordinate so that Helukabel can attend events and exhibit products and solutions.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
 * Demonstrated success in B2B marketing, ideally within the manufacturing, industrial, building, transportation, energy, or electrical supply sectors.
 * Hands‑on experience with key marketing platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot, and Mailchimp.
 * A strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills.
 * Self‑motivated and well‑organised, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
 * Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
 * Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business and marketing tools.
 * Proven skills in content development, graphic design, and digital marketing strategy.
 * Excellent interpersonal skills are essential along with an appetite to learn.
 * Team player, with a can‑do proactive approach.
 * Strong attention to detail.
 * Able to achieve goals and targets with minimal supervision.
