Job Title: Support Administrator
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the key support person for senior management, you will be responsible for ensuring their day-to-day schedules run efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and be adaptable to competing demands. You will be the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, actions, and appointments, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and manage an active calendar of appointments, travel and calls, compiling necessary documents for associated meetings or events.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of key meetings, creating tasks and following up as required.
• Research, prioritise and follow up on issues/concerns addressed to the Directors, determining the appropriate course of action - delegate, referral, response and closure.
Administrative Support:
• Coordinate travel, accommodation and event itineraries.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting a senior management team.
• Business administration or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Powerpoint and CRMs.
• Proven ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
