In this role, you are a key ambassador for the hotel and the brand, working to create a powerful first impression for guests. You should have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a genuine interest in meeting and caring for guests from around the world. You will serve as an information provider, hotel representative, and guest relations agent, all requiring politeness, efficiency, and friendliness. Your responsibilities include monitoring guest arrivals, ensuring reservations are honored, requests are fulfilled, and expectations are met. You must stay informed about all hotel products, services, and facilities, including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets, promotions, spa, and health club offerings. Ensuring compliance with brand standards and Front Office SOPs is essential. The goal is to provide guests with a positive and memorable experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services
* Good communication skills
* Experience with Front Office Systems
* Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Additional Information
* Ensure the hotel meets Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance standards and maintains high luxury and quality standards.
* Understand and communicate the hotel’s Vision & Mission to the team.
* Maintain cleanliness and adherence to cleaning checklists in designated areas.
* Control ambiance elements like lighting, music, and temperature.
* Promote security vigilance throughout the hotel.
* Possess strong product knowledge of all hotel areas.
* Maintain flexibility in work schedules to ensure uninterrupted guest service.
* Support other hotel departments as needed.

People
* Attend appraisal reviews as requested by the Head of Department
* Understand and comply with the hotel’s employee handbook
* Participate in departmental and team meetings, including ECCM when required
* Adhere to the hotel’s grooming procedures
* Clock in and out at the designated times, including breaks, and inform your manager if breaks are missed
Specific Duties
* Perform all duties according to departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance)
* Communicate effectively within the hotel via telephone and email in a professional manner
* Stay informed about menu updates, hotel promotions, corporate promotions, and specials
* Maintain knowledge of new products and offerings
* Perform cleaning duties as required
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are attended to efficiently
