The Limerick Custody Client Service team manages over 450 clients. The team collaborates with internal departments to provide prompt and high-quality responses to client inquiries.
The Senior Client Service Representative serves as the main contact and advocate for custody service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction with Northern Trust’s custody services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Act as the primary contact for custody-related queries from clients, trustees, or fund administrators.
* Maintain and improve service levels for clients and stakeholders.
* Resolve all client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
* Oversee the Service Level Agreement.
* Participate in custody transitions and new business onboarding.
* Manage client data and instructions.
* Prepare tax and proxy voting documentation.
* Open and close client custody accounts.
* Coordinate sub-account openings.
* Review and approve client custody fee invoices for timely settlement.
Skills and qualifications:
* Entry-level graduate position with a good understanding of accounting principles.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple daily deadlines.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Ability to plan and prioritize workload effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
