We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join a large, complex organisation undergoing significant growth and transformation. Reporting to the CEO, this role will play a key part in shaping the financial strategy and supporting a major multi-year capital investment programme.The CFO will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to provide financial oversight, support decision-making, and ensure strong governance during a period of expansion and change.The successful candidate will lead all aspects of financial planning, reporting, and performance management, while also overseeing capital investment, financial systems development, and ongoing transformation initiatives.The role will focus on strengthening financial controls, improving transparency, and supporting commercial performance through data-driven insight and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.This role requires someone with significant senior finance experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial leadership, governance, and strategic planning, along with the ability to operate effectively at executive level and build strong, high-performing teams.
