Customer Onboarding and Success Manager (French-Speaking)

We're looking for a Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our team based in Dublin, Ireland If youre a proactive, client-focused professional fluent in French, and ready to help clients achieve success with our products, this could be your perfect role.

Location: Remote within Ireland or Hybrid in Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus

Your Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful integration of our products with their existing systems.
Technical Support: Stay up-to-date on our software integrations and offer expert advice to clients on how to get the most out of our solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey with us.
Strategic Account Management: Work directly with clients to exceed quarterly and annual targets, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and engineering) to create high-quality resources for onboarding and troubleshoot as needed.
Market Insights: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

What Youll Bring:

Experience: At least 2 years in account management, client-facing technical support, pre-sales, or similar roles, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or online marketplace industries.
Language Skills: C2 or fluent in French (C1 level) with excellent proficiency in English.
Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
Adaptability: Comfortable working strategically and tactically, especially in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
