About the Role
The Day Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism and communication disorders receive support to live their lives to the fullest.

Main Responsibilities
1. To manage and coordinate day service programs for individuals availing of services while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, HSE New Directions and Services Policies.
2. To develop, implement, evaluate and review person-centered plans, behavioral support plans and risk assessments in order to ensure each individual can enjoy as much independence as possible.
3. To lead teams in supporting individuals to participate in their local community and enjoy meaningful friendships and relationships.
