This purpose of this role is to support the the Office Manager, assisting with day to day tasks and providing administrative support to the team of Assessors.The successful candidate will ideally have:2+ years' Administration experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workComputer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)The motivation to work alone or as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent inter-personal skillsWilling to learn new skillsAble to maintain confidentialityCurrently eligible to work full time in IrelandSome of your key responsibilities:Diary Management - Booking in and organizing surveysHandle general administrative tasks, including, telephone call handling, data entry, document preparation, filing and email managementSupport job planning and co-ordinationBuild and maintain relationships with corporate clientsInvoice preparation and managementCollaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectivesApplications are invited in the strictest of confidence.
