About The Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager
to lead and scale technology initiatives within the investment division of our client. This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive cloud-based solutions, mentor a high-performing engineering team, and collaborate closely with investment stakeholders to deliver innovative, market-leading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and grow a talented engineering team focused on investment platforms.
* Define and execute the technical roadmap for Aladdin and related investment systems.
* Collaborate with investment professionals and technology leaders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
* Oversee architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation.
* Drive cloud transformation initiatives, building robust Azure-based investment platforms.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally within financial or investment technology environments.
* Familiarity with investment platforms, preferably Aladdin or similar.
* Strong technical background in .NET and/or Python, with expertise in Azure cloud.
* Ability to provide strategic technical direction without needing to code day-to-day.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Must have a minimum stamp 4 Visa.
