Job Title:Foreman/Site Manager (High-Density Apartment Scheme) Location:Dublin, Ireland Job Type:Full-Time Salary:Negotiable DOE €75,000 - €85,000 & vehicle/phone/laptop We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead on-site construction activities for a High-density apartment development in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the coordination of trades and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work on site. You will work closely with the Site Manager and the wider project team to help deliver key phases of construction to programme and standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors on a daily basis. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications. Report site activity to the Site Manager and assist in resolving site-based issues. Assist in the planning and sequencing of works to maintain programme targets. Manage materials, tools, and equipment deliveries and usage on site. Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. 5+ years experience in a Foreman role on medium-to-large scale construction projects in Ireland. Trade background or relevant qualification in construction is preferred. Strong knowledge of health & safety standards and construction methods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach. Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates; other tickets (e.g. CIF Supervisor Safety) an advantage. Full driving licence.
