Job Overview
As a senior quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing all costs to achieve optimal commercial outcomes in process mechanical construction and maintenance projects.
* Manage project tenders, rates, and preliminary agreements prior to contract commencement.
* Generate sales invoices against completed works with supporting documentation.
* Lead interim commercial meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective collaboration.
Key Requirements:
* Hold a degree in quantity surveying, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
* Be proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
* Have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a quantity surveyor, preferably in the process mechanical sector.
