The Role

Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a Bids Administrator Vacancy. Joining a growing team working with on winning new business through competitive pitch and tender processes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well established team.

The Role:

* Coordinate the bid process internally, including gathering response information to meet all deadlines.
* Liaising with Partners, Associates and business services teams in the firm to update content.
* Work with the drafting software and content library.
* Formatting to ensure top-quality proposals.
* Identifying new tender opportunities.
* Ensuring our internal tender tracker is updated to record all key proposal information.
* Other Ad-hoc duties as required.


The Candidate

* Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively.
* The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to network with colleagues to develop content.
* Produce high standards of work.
* Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time.
* High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
