PurposeThis role supports customer experience, operational efficiency and systems optimisation by ensuring process compliance, measuring system adherence and promoting great practice in all relevant endeavours.ObjectivesMaximise system value, investigate new system opportunities.Monitor key experience points to ensure continuous stakeholder satisfaction.Reporting on compliance gaps or inconsistencies.Lead system selection and manage implementation and adoptionKey tasks and accountabilitiesEnsure SLT receive accurate and timely compliance reportsWork with Marketing / Customer Success functions in managing accurate and relevant dataContinuously review compliance gaps to identify patterns and resolutionsAs lead technology advocate, investigate new systems or plug ins that improve all experiencesWork with SLT on the adaption of AI to operational outputs and goalsDevelop and curate process maps for all internal processes in the businessSupport the induction of new hires through the provision of system and compliance trainingSupport the Finance function in the delivery of real-time company performance dashboardsContinuously advocate for system compliance throughout the businessWork closely with all levels in the business to identify process innovations and improvementsEngage with CEO and HoF on developing a technology roadmap for the businessWork with CEO and SLT to set out how all systems are to be used to ensure uniformity in file curation and management.Hiring requirementTechnical, Business or Finance degree, ideally but not essentially with a Masters in Technology or related areaFive years plus post graduate experienceExperience in systems planning or mapping and new systems adoptionPrior or current experience working in a business to business service firmCompetencies and outlookGreat attention to detailStrong service orientationGood relationship building and influencing skillsPassion for technology, interest in AI in particularTask and time management skills
