DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the implementation of specific regulatory and legal projects Review and update framework policies and procedures Work with the Data Protection Officer on data protection, privacy (GDPR), and data access request management issues Research and analyse compliance and regulatory topics such as the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) and Product Oversight and Governance (POG), and draft technical notes or risk analysis reports as needed Participate in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of framework and supplier contracts Participate in, present, and/or take minutes at internal committees Participate in the preparation of reports for the Crédit Agricole Group Provide administrative and organisational support to the team as needed Liaise with the legal, risk, project, and/or operations departments on various regulatory topics Perform ad hoc assignments as needed
