Position: Full Time or Part Time Receptionist

Role responsibilities include:
* Welcoming guests and being their first point of contact during their stay.
* Anticipating guests’ needs to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
* Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including check-in and check-out procedures.
* Supporting the development and organization of the Reception area.
* Providing excellent customer service, maximizing bookings through effective communication and sales skills.
* Ensuring high standards of guest service are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a busy hotel environment, with familiarity with Front Office systems such as Opera (preferred).
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Proven ability to work well within a team.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
