About Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Site Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about employee engagement and development.
* As the primary HR contact at the site level, you will provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees.
* You will be a visible presence on-site, engaging with teams, resolving issues, and managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
* This role involves overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site, ensuring a fair and high-performing workplace culture.
* One of your key responsibilities will be championing employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics.
* You will also be responsible for managing change initiatives, ensuring that site-level practices align with group HR policies and legislation.
The Ideal Candidate
* A degree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred).
* At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior generalist/HRBP/HR Manager capacity.
* Experience in a manufacturing unionised environment is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
* A practical approach to problem-solving, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.
