Field Service Professional
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires you to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the Munster Area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive on-site support to customers, including commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating, and validating equipment and applications.
* Maintain accurate records and relevant documentation related to client installations and work performed.
* Create detailed service reports for customer signature and ensure timely completion of all required paperwork.
* Manage an inventory of spare parts and consumables within the company vehicle, ensuring their maintenance and good order.
* Participate in the on-call engineer rotation.
* Identify revenue opportunities on site and communicate them to the company.
* Collaborate with the Head of Industrial Field Service to address customer feedback, sales, and training needs.
* Deliver engaging onsite briefings, tours, induction/training to customers and colleagues.
* Adhere to departmental changes aimed at improving service operations.
* Offer telephone support as needed.
* Review technical documentation and produce accurate English-language technical reports.
* Pursue necessary training courses to acquire a thorough understanding of the company's equipment and applications.
Health and Safety:
* Comply with safety regulations, health standards, and company policies, particularly ISO Quality Procedures.
* Ensure equipment and products are left in a safe state for customers to use.
* Observe site rules and participate in site inductions as required.
